Terms & Conditions

Payment
We accept payment from Paypal or credit card. Buyer can pay by credit card without a Paypal account through Paypal website. 


Buyer Protection
All transactions in our site are covered by Paypal's buyer protection policy.


Pre-order

Pre-order product is that to be released and shipped at a later time after an order is confirmed. Buyer needs to pay a specified percentage of product price as down payment at the time of purchase to reserve the product. The balance payment will be charged when the product is ready for shipment.


Shipping
e-Express, registered airmail and air parcel from Hong Kong Post are the default shipping methods. Normal shipping time for most countries is 10~21 days after the products are posted. The shipment may occasionally take longer time in case of custom investigation, peak season, or others. Tracking numbers will be provided to customers after shipment is made. We can also ship by EMS, FedEx, UPS or TNT. Buyer can request that via email (service@dendenhobby.com).
 


Handling Time
For products in stock, we normally ship the goods within 3 working days after order is received. For pre-order items, we will ship the goods within 3 working days after the products are in stock. 



Customs Tax
Some countries may have customs tax charged to the recipient of the international mail. Buyer is responsible for all import tax charged by the customs of buyer's country. There is no export tax in Hong Kong.


Combined Shipment
We can combine shipment of all in-stock and back-order items. For pre-order items, we only combine shipment for products released in the same month. We will ship all combined products together within 3 days after the last item is in stock. The shipping discount will be refunded via Paypal..



Order Cancellation
Customer may cancel a confirmed order before the product is shipped. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee which is 20% of the product price, even if it is a pre-order/back-order.


Returns
Customer has to report any problem within 7 days after the product is received. Photos may be required for some cases, such as product defect and damages. To return a product for refund or replacement, customer has to ship back the item in good condition. Shipping cost is not refundable, unless we are fully responsible for the problem (eg. wrong item shipped).


 

Shortage/Postponement of Release Date for Pre-order/Back-order Items
For Pre-order and Back-order items, there is chance that the products are in shortage at the time of release or the release date is postponed. We will refund buyer's payment by "gift voucher", and cancel the purchase if such product fails to ship after 30 days of offical release date. No cancellation fee will be charged.

We do not offer full refund for pre-order items with release date postponed by the maker.
